This weekly mindful movement class will give you an opportunity to come and practice and share some core elements of LifeForce Qigong (Energy Exercise), which is an easy form of Tai Chi focussing on health rather than martial applications. Held at Studio Barre, 8A College Hill, Ground Floor, Shrewsbury, SY1 1LZ The foundation classes focus on the level 1 & 2 core practices. They are essential practice for all levels of experience and will assist in effectively relaxing and loosening the body and mind. We will include aspects of Joint conditioning Tuning the Fascia Oceanic Spine Postural Alignment Building energy 5 Element seasonal practice Spiral practices and more....... These practices can be used to develop and strengthen body, mind and spirit through movement, focus and energy exchange. It is a suitable practice for all ages and types of people and is a key factor in the Life-Force Qigong concept practised by Centre for Integral Health Founder Ben Calder. Ben will share foundation practices from the System of Life-Force Qigong, which aim to dissolve tensions and restrictions in the body and improve our LifeForce Energy.
