A fun Class for youths aged 6-9 yrs Introducing a fun strength and conditioning class for children - ideally for sport development and injury prevention but also to become fitter stronger and faster. We start with basic bodyweight movements, jumps and use of bands and lightweights for all round strength and flexibility and develop towards learning the Olympic weightlifting skills using lightweight bars and eventually with weight. The main focus is on developing fantastic movement skills whilst having fun with games, challenges and exploration.The Class is 45 mins and at 8/9 years old and over they can progress into our older children's class.
