Let's Play The Piano! - Cambridge

All welcome to our April event! It's a great opportunity to perform and meet new people regardless of ability, experience or musical style. Playing is optional, non-pianists are welcome to enjoy the music and refreshments are included.

The group now has its own brand new Kawai GL30 Grand Piano. A really beautiful instrument with an incredible sound! It's going to be fantastic hear everyone playing it!

This is the event for you if you're

thinking of starting the piano in 2026,
returning to playing after a break,
already a keen player
or simply enjoy listening to live music, you’re very welcome – as a player or audience member.
or looking to make some new friends with a shared enjoyment of music.

It’s a relaxed and friendly environment, perfect for sharing music at any level or style, and a great way to connect with fellow music-lovers.

If you'd like to play there's 6 minutes each for an initial piece, with a total programme of 110 minutes. There can be some exceptions to this if you've put a lot of work into something slightly longer and you'd like to share it - please do get in touch in advance if this is the case!
