Our Private Pilates sessions are conducted in our home Pilates studio in Durrington. Want to try Pilates without attending a group Mat class, then a private Pilates session is for you! Join us for a Private Pilates Session in our fully equipped home Pilates Studio. We use the full array of Pilates equipment, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector etc... These sessions are designed to focus on your individual needs, whether you are new to Pilates, returning from injury or are training for something specific. 1-1 Sessions are available on a Mondays and Thursdays only each week.
