🌿🌷 Chenies Tulip Walk – A Spring Escape 😊 🌷🌿

✦ Meet: 10:30am at Chorleywood station

✦ Join us for a beautiful circular countryside walk to Chenies Manor House Gardens — a historic Tudor manor with gardens dating back over 500 years

✦ We begin across the open sweep of Chorleywood Common, before drifting into woodland paths and quiet rural tracks

✦ The route unfolds through the Chess Valley, following the clear, chalk stream waters of the River Chess — one of the most tranquil and unspoilt river landscapes in the area 🌿

✦ At the heart of the walk, we arrive at the Tulip Festival 🌷

thousands of tulips in vibrant, structured displays
a fleeting burst of spring colour at its peak
set against the timeless backdrop of this historic manor

£8 - entrance fee to the gardens

( for those that do not wish to go into the gardens. It’s fine to just go on the walk and there are two beautiful pubs nearby, the red lion and the Bedford arms.)

After we will have food and drinks at either Chenies village or Chorleywood.

Organizer fee - £5 payable in cash on the day or contactless.
