Body Conditioning is a total body workout involving muscular strength and endurance to help shape the body and tone the muscles. This class will take you through a range of exercise techniques to include aerobics, floor work, resistance and weights training. Note: If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel with a minimum of 10 hours prior to any class starting before 9am. Any class after 9am requires a minimum of 4 hours to cancel. There will be a class charge to members of £4.00 for non-attendance or late cancellations. Please ensure you have checked in via the tablets located outside your class studio.
