Nottingham Parents of Tweens and Teens

We’re meeting up on April 28th for our monthly catch-up!

Date: 28 April 2026, Tue.
Time: 10:30 am – 12:00 nn
Venue: Victoria Park in Sneinton - Meet at entrance of Victoria Leisure Centre (NG1 1DB)

Find your balance amidst the beautiful chaos of parenthood.

Your body holds more than you think. Stress, pressure, and emotions don’t just stay in the mind—they settle into the body.

During this guided walk, you’ll be gently guided to recognise these signals and begin to regulate them in a simple, practical way. This is not about “clearing your mind”, it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level.

You’ll leave with a sense of calm, but more importantly, with awareness and tools you can actually use when life feels overwhelming.

Guided by Sehrish – Therapist specialising in nervous system regulation, supporting you to feel more grounded, regulated, and in control of your emotions.
