Led by our Wellbeing Coach and youth team, the session combines football training and matches with youth club activities that focus on personal development, teamwork, and wellbeing. The football element helps participants build fitness, coordination, confidence, and teamwork skills, while the youth club activities provide opportunities for creative projects, discussions, and mentoring, encouraging positive social interaction and emotional growth.
