Summer July – Discover Swimming Camp 7 – 16 years

When? 20th & 21st July 2026, 10:00 - 16:00Where? Westonbirt School Leisure Centre, GL8 8GC (Children will be transported, the bus will leave Hatherop Castle School at 9:00am and return at 17:00pm)Who? Open to all children aged 7 -16 years old.Dive into the school holiday with a Discover Sports camp at Westonbirt School.Discover Swimming is specialist camp - Splash in to develop your swimming skills this February Are you looking to join a local swimming club? Or are you hoping to join a school swim squad and race in galas?Run by qualified swimming coaches, there will be an emphasis on stroke development including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, individual medley and relays. You will have the opportunity to use training tools such as pull buoys, kickboards, fins and paddles. Children must be able to swim at least 25m without stopping (confidently). Children should be able to swim and be confident in the deep end of the swimming pool.Days can be booked individually. Book both days and enjoy a £10 discount on full price.Swimmers on!What to Bring:Swimming kit (costume/goggles/towel).Water bottle.Snacks (NO NUTS, May contain Nuts or Pineapple)Drop off and pick up at Hatherop Castle School.Book "Wrap Around Care" to drop off at 8am and collect at 5:30pm.
