Social runs and/or training runs. Suitable for all abilities, and ages 12+. We operate a system of 'turn-backs' which means everyone can run at their own pace, but everyone also stays more or less together. This means no one is left on their own, and it doesn't matter how fast or slow you are - the sessions will work for you! Free taster sessions.
