Class Overview

This full-day class will introduce you to knife techniques you will use both in everyday cooking and dinner parties. We will discuss the importance of good knives and how to look after them. The class session will focus on deboning chicken, fish filleting, and essential vegetable-chopping techniques. With plenty of practice time in the class, you’ll use your chopped ingredients for dishes to enjoy in class or with friends at home

Joining a class with our experienced instructors, you will leave with a sense of accomplishment and, more importantly, techniques you can use over and over to cook great meals for family and friends. Our friendly team will help you throughout the session and keep you on track.
