How to book: BOOK YOUR TICKET VIA EVENTBRITE
Cost: £30 per person
That voice in your head, the self-criticism, the self-doubt, the negative self-talk that says shrink, be more, be less, don't mess this up, work harder, stay quiet, prove yourself, didn't come from nowhere. It speaks with such authority that it's easy to mistake it for the truth. But that voice, however convincing, is not the entirety of who you are.
Most people try to silence their inner critic by pushing it down or arguing back, but it always comes back.
This workshop takes a different approach; think of it as couples counselling for you and your inner critic. You'll explore where that voice came from, what it's really trying to say, and how to build a relationship with it that doesn't cost you so much.
What to expect
In this workshop, you'll move through creative, reflective, and somatic practices, including drawing, journaling, and group sharing, in a small, intentional space. These integrative practices aim to ensure the workshop is embodied, mind, body and soul. Whether you are new to healing work or already on your journey, you are welcome.
You'll leave with:
Greater insight into the origins of your inner critic and why it developed
A clearer distinction between who you are and what that voice tells you
A written agreement with yourself about how you want to move forward
The CLEAR framework to return to when the negative self-talk feels overwhelming
Shared experience with a small group of people doing the same work
This is for you if:
You're tired of the inner commentary and ready to do something different with it
Your self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing has been running the show for too long
You're drawn to approaches that work with the body, not just the mind
