Children under the age of 4 must be supervised by an adult on a one-to-one ratio. Additionally, an adult is required to supervise every two children between the ages of 4 and 7. If you have both a child under 4 and a child between 4 and 7, you will need two adults to supervise them in the water. Changing rooms will only be accessible 15 minutes prior to the start of your session, please refrain from arriving earlier than the designated time for your session. Please note: Once bookied a session cannot be refunded.
