Singing for Health and Wellbeing

Your voice is already there. This is a space to use it.
A first session, led, relaxed, and open to all adults, whether you sing regularly or haven't opened your mouth to sing in years. We sing together in circle, by ear, no sheet music, no prior experience needed. Rounds, folk, world songs, part-singing, and sometimes things that don't have a name but feel good in the body.

Singing in a group lowers stress, supports breathing, lifts mood, and builds connection. The research backs it up, but honestly, you'll feel the difference before you finish the first song.
If there's appetite for more, this could grow into a regular programme. For now, come and see what your voice does when it's in good company.
Led by Maria Soriano, musician, choir director, and singing for health specialist with over 25 years of experience across NHS, hospital, and community programmes throughout the UK.
All voices welcome. Especially the ones that think they can't.

You can book your ticket either here or at the address in the poster, whichever you find easier.
