Tai Chi is an energising, gentle stretching exercise that helps calm and focus the mind and body and is particularly beneficial for improving balance, flexibility and coordination. There will be some seated and standing Tai Chi practice. Lambeth residents 50+ are welcome to take part in this gentle approach to exercise. For all levels and abilities. This is a 45-minute class, coached by Anna-Marie Franklin. LAMBETH RESIDENTS ONLY Location: SE24 9BN - Brockwell Hall is located near the centre of Brockwell Park, close to the main café and walled garden. How to get there: Bus Several buses stop near Brockwell Park. Get off at a stop near Tulse Hill or Herne Hill entrances. Train Herne Hill Station is right opposite Brockwell Park: walk straight in, Brockwell Hall is inside up the hill.
