TAI CHI (LAMBETH RESIDENTS ONLY over 50) – BROCKWELL HALL
Tai Chi is an energising, gentle stretching exercise that helps calm and focus the mind and body and is particularly beneficial for improving balance, flexibility and coordination. There will be some seated and standing Tai Chi practice. Lambeth residents 50+ are welcome to take part in this gentle approach to exercise. For all levels and abilities. This is a 45-minute class, coached by Anna-Marie Franklin.
