Swimming is a low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength. Please note the lane swim sessions on Tuesdays 8pm-9pm are half the pool and the other half of the pool is used by the Swimming Club and from Sunday 1st Feb between 10am-11am half the pool is shared with swimming lessons.
