Members participating with dogs do so at their own risk and must ensure their dog is kept under proper control at all times around livestock, traffic, and other walkers. 2\. Volunteer Leader The Organiser/Leader is a Volunteer and not a professionally trained/affiliated Walk Guide or First Aider. While the Organiser/Leader acts with group safety in mind, they are ultimately only responsible for their own safety and decision-making. 3\. Fitness & Health Members must ensure they have a suitable level of fitness for the walks and take full responsibility for any medical conditions or physical issues that might affect their ability to walk safely. 4\. Equipment & Preparation Members take full responsibility for bringing adequate equipment (e.g. appropriate footwear, waterproof clothing & adequate food/water). 5\. Waiver of Liability The Organiser/Leader will not be held legally or financially liable for any accident, injury or loss occurring during any group walk/activities.
