The Sound Cradles - Transcend Team
Welcome to this immersive sound cradle session! You are invited to this unique take on a relaxing sound bath!
As you’re suspended in a comfortable and spacious cradle, be prepared to be bathed in sound, light and love.
Using the power and science of sound therapy, we use crystal bowls, gongs, drumming and chimes, as well as reiki energy and gentle touch (optional) to guide you through your own unique healing journey.
If the cradle isn’t for you then you can also lay on the mats provided.
Please ensure if you’re attending this session that you wear light clothing with no buttons or zips and remove any jewellery.
These sessions are non refundable or moveable but we do allow people to change the name on the booking if needed
