For those who have never tried hoops or would like to brush up on forgotten skills as a refresher. This course focuses on getting acquainted with the equipment, safe entries and exits, simple static poses and learning the basics (technique, moves). Ages: 5 to adult. NB: children (5-12) need to be accompanied by a paying adult. Cancellation policy: the course cannot be refunded, unless you cancel it 48h before it starts. Any cancellation for any reason attracts 5% payment platform admin fee.
