Trigger Point Pilates - Home Studio
Trigger Point Pilates works on fascia throughout the body as well as nourishing the nervous system. It combines Pilates-style moves with myofascial principles to help release built up tension. In each session, you will use a long foam roller and massage balls to unwind the fascia that surrounds every muscle in your body. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds every part of your body. It is found throughout the muscular and skeletal system, connecting muscles, tendons, joints and bones. Classes are one hour and each class will follow a series of systematic exercises. Movements are slow and gentle, yet send a powerful message to the nervous system to release and let go.
