Y6 Group Tutoring - 3 Sessions
Group Tutoring Sessions at Willand Village Hall:
Commitment to the full programme is strongly encouraged, as each session builds on the learning from previous weeks, allowing students to consolidate skills and make steady progress.
I’m excited to be offering small group tutoring sessions designed to support children in both Maths and English in a focused but friendly environment.
Each 1 hour session is split into:
30 minutes of Maths
20 minutes of English
Sessions will closely follow what your child is currently covering at school, while also revisiting and reinforcing previous learning to build strong foundations. With extensive tutoring experience, I’ve seen first-hand how regular support can make a real difference — not just to academic progress, but to children’s confidence and attitude towards learning as well.
Where helpful, we’ll also spend time discussing test techniques and revision strategies, helping children feel more prepared and less anxious about assessments. I’m happy to set a small amount of optional homework to support learning at home and keep progress moving between sessions.
These sessions are ideal for children who would benefit from extra practice, clearer explanations, or a confidence boost in Maths and English — all in a supportive group setting.
