Fitness Pilates - a class focusing and improving alignment, balance, core, posture and flexibility held weekly. This is suitable for beginners - mid level. You will need a mat, we sometimes use a pilates ball or block but you can bring a tennis, or sponge ball or similar if you want to. Let me know if you are interested in our Lift Lean class after as there are discounts for anyone attending 2 Monday classes!

A fun dance-fitness class for all abilities. Mostly Latin tunes - a mix of beats and rhythms - this is a traditional Zumba class and we have been dancing since Jan 2012! No need to be super co-ordinated or really fit, our class is a very mixed class and EVERYONE is welcome. Held in the Assembly Hall at Broadwater School. Free parking. A fantastic fun rebounding class on a mini trampoline using high energy tunes! Class is made up mainly of cardio but we also throw in balance, arms and abs work also. This class is great for the core, cardio, balance, and overall toning as well as strengthening your pelvic floor in the most fun way possible!! All abilities and fitness levels are welcome - you can step it out or jump at your own level until you feel more confident. IN THE STUDIO AT BROADWATER SCHOOL.

*Single classes all summer and the next LIFT LEAN BLOCK FOR NEW PEOPS STARTS MONDAY MONDAY 7th September - that's a 6 WEEK BLOCK. The block is ESSENTIAL if you are new to Lift Lean and have not used dumbbells before or learnt the correct posture re how to move with them. Block also includes On Demand or Tuesday Zoom class if you have to miss one Monday but better for you if you can try to do most of them live. LIFT LEAN is a weekly strength training class. Very advisable to do WEEKLY rather than dip in and out like all our other classes so that you can really gain the benefits of this class, but not essential after 6 week block, and once you're confident with your moves you can switch to our virtual class on Zoom if you want to. You'll need to bring a mat, water, wear trainers and have workout gear. Helps to have your own weights - ideally starting with 1 or 2kg if you're a complete beginner - but you can also have bottles of water of larger weights as you progress with technique and strength! We also have a Zoom class on Tuesday evenings and recorded on Demand classes if you would like to do twice a week/mix it up if you can't make every Monday. IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS CLASS you need to please purchase the BLOCK WHEN IT NEXT STARTS AS ABOVE so that you can really gain the benefits of this class and learn the moves. YOU JUST NEED TO BOOK THE COURSE ON THAT DATE AND THAT WILL INCLUDE ALL YOUR CLASSES AND CAN ONLY be booked from THAT DATE so please find it in the dropdown menu. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE TO MISS A WEEK THEN PLS SEND ME A MESSAGE THAT DAY BEFORE MIDDAY AND YOU CAN JOIN OUR TUESDAY 6PM ZOOM CLASS INSTEAD THAT WEEK. IT'S BEST TO REALLY DIARISE ALL THE BLOCK DATES THOUGH IF YOU CAN FOR MAX VALUE. THANKS. PLS NOTE WE WILL NOT BE DOING THE CLASS ON THE BANK HOLIDAYS! Then after your first block you can just book singles, or carry on with block bookings as that's the best value, OR you can move to our Tuesday Zoom classes at 6pm from home if thats easier for you! There's lots of choice to enable you to keep your strength up including our Monthly Virtual pass which includes classes from other instructors too throughout the week. You can mix it up if you want to and come on Monday nts to the Studio OR Tuesdays on Zoom depending on what works for you that week! But try to be CONSISTENT! Consistency is KEY FOR STRENGTH. You'll need to bring a mat, water, wear trainers and have workout gear. Helps to have your own weights - ideally starting with 1 or 2kg if you haven't done any strength work before - but whatever you feel comfortable with - you can also have bottles of water of equal weights instead if you don't have your own dumbbells. NOTE : ZUMBA is the class after and FITNESS PILATES is the class before - so if you want to book onto either of those classes too then pls contact me BEFORE you book so I can give you a discounted code. It can't been added after!
