Beginners and Improvers - suitable for complete beginners, those who have had a few beginner sessions previously or have had previous pole experience and are returning to pole.  Beginners - you will learn the fundamentals of pole, you will learn coordination and whereabouts of pole, fundamental spins, moves and begin to create short combos   Improvers - you will continue strengthening and expanding your fundamentals, continue building your strength, stamina & skills on and around the pole, you will work towards next level spins and moves on the pole, working towards inverted moves and linking moves together into combos   if you’re unsure if this class is suitable for you please contact the studio directly.
