🌙 Private Twilight Social at Grind Bar 🥂 📍 Location: St Nicholas St (Please note: This is NOT the Queen St location!) 🚫 We’ve arranged an exclusive evening at Grind Bar on St Nicholas St. The manager is transforming the space from its daytime coffee roots into a cozy "twilight" evening bar specifically for our group. ☕️ ✨ They are putting up a "Private Event" sign on the door, so you 'll have the place to ourselves to catch up! 🤝 What to Expect: The Bar: A fully licensed bar with a great selection of wines, beers, and spirits cocktails. 🍷 🍺 (🍸 The Setting: The daytime vibe is being cleared away for a proper evening drinks menu and a relaxed atmosphere. 🕯️ Easy to Find: Look for the Private Event sign on the door on St Nicholas St. 🚪 🌙✨

A friendly classic car meeting at The Royal Oak, 109 Main St, Staveley, Knaresborough HG5 9LD. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you have a classic car yourself, or you just want to look at the display of cars and have a chat and perhaps share lunch with the assembled classic car enthusiasts! This meeting is normally very well attended, with around 20 cars on display and 30 or so like-minded classic car enthusiasts with whom to meet and chat. We hold these Royal Oak meetings regularly throughout the year, on each 1st Saturday of every month. If the weather isn't great, we still meet in the pub for lunch. Club RetroTorque has a dedicated website. To join Club RetroTorque, free of charge please follow this link to visit our registration page: Join. Friendly but important Notice: If you wish to have lunch at Royal Oak, it's a good idea to pre-book with the pub by calling them on . Please tell the pub that you are booking as part of the Club RetroTorque event. The Club Club RetroTorque prides itself on being a friendly, informal, and welcoming classic car club, open to anyone interested in classic cars or special vehicles of any kind and from any era. Come along to this or one of our other club events - you'll be assured a very warm welcome by all our members! We look forward to meeting with friends old and new!
