Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year. Below a layout of a typical Love to Dance class. Welcome to the Herts Women's Society Meetup Group! 🌟 We’re a community of women who love to connect, share experiences, and enjoy life together. From dining out and drinks to walks (often joined by a few friendly dogs), theatre trips, cinema nights, and live music events—there’s always something fun happening, because not everything gets onto Meetup as the free version only allows 2 events a month. We have a sub group brunch club that meet regularly once a month on a Saturday. Our members range from age 30 and up, with many in their 40s and 50s, but every woman is truly welcome. Whether you would like to make new friends, explore new activities, or simply enjoy good company, we’d love for you to join us. Most of our events take place in and around Hertford, but we’re always open to new adventures beyond. Come along and see what we’re all about! Group Guidelines Safety: Every member to have an identifiable photo. Fairness First: Please pay for what you personally order unless there's a prior agreement to split the bill. Please make sure the bill for the group is settled with the venue before leaving. RSVP Etiquette: If your plans change, update your RSVP promptly. This helps others on the waitlist get a chance to join. and if you're on the Waitlist, keep your RSVP status updated. Meetup may automatically move you into the event if a spot opens up. Cancellations: We have a policy for repeated last-minute cancellations (including same-day) or no-shows will be blocked from attending future events. Kindness: We’re a welcoming and inclusive group where mutual respect is essential. Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour may lead to removal to ensure a safe and positive space for everyone. I welcome reviews, however if you felt the event was worth 3 stars or less, I’d really appreciate a direct message advising what didn’t quite hit the mark. Please do keep in mind that I run the group in my own time, free of charge and have no control over the services a venue provides- a low rating may put someone off experiencing the group for themselves.
