Hello! We are social group for women looking to make new friends in and around Ipswich. Mainly aimed at ladies in 20s/30s/40s but if you're young at heart then you will be more than welcome. We hope to regularly host lunches, diners, outdoor activities plus a variety of other events such as crafting sessions and cinema nights that allow members to explore Ipswich and the surrounding areas whilst making new friends. Please note: to join we ask for some of the following - profile picture, a name (rather than a letter) and/or interests filled in on profile. If ALL are blank you may not be added to the group/ asked to update profile before acceptance.
The Well Read Women's Book Club is a monthly book club for 40s, 50s and 60s who enjoy reading good book by authors such as Liane Moray, Lisa Jewell, Gilly MacMillian and Shari Lapena to name just a few ! It's a chance to meet up once a month to discuss the book of the month and have a chat and meet some new friends. Books will not exceed more than 350 pages ! There is no pressure to finish the book if you haven't managed to, just come for the chat ! Plan to meet on a Sunday afternoon in a location in the Ipswich surrounding area, we can change it monthly, where we can sit and drink coffee and cake ! Hoping for the first Meetup to be in September once summer holidays are over, looking forward to meeting you !
