UK Activity Booking Fee Tracker

A dated, source-quoted record of what UK activity-booking platforms charge, and — where no rate is published — evidence of that absence. Every figure carries its source URL, capture date, the vendor's own words, and an evidence grade.

This index is published by SeshDesk. SeshDesk is one of the platforms listed. Every figure, including our own, is sourced to a public page with a capture date.

Of 4 UK activity-booking platforms tracked, 3 publish a headline rate on their own crawlable pages, 1 state the binding figure only after a sales conversation, and 0 publish no figure we could find. Platforms are listed alphabetically. The index reaches no conclusion and ranks nothing; the grades are the output.

Last updated: .

What the evidence grades mean

A grade describes where a figure came from, not whether a platform is good value. Two further categories exist in our research and are never published as figures: statements by customers or operators, and statements by third parties such as other vendors, marketplaces and software directories. Neither can be verified against the vendor's own published material, so neither appears here.

Published

Stated on the vendor's own public, crawlable page, reachable with no signup, demo or sales call. Currently applied to 17 figures.

Gated

The vendor states the figure only after signup, a demo, or a sales call. Currently applied to 3 figures.

Not published

No figure was discoverable on any public vendor page we checked. The absence is the finding, and it is evidenced by the list of pages we checked and what each returned. Currently applied to 6 figures.

Bookwhen — Published

Bookwhen publishes its plan prices and takes no cut of payments — "We don’t take a cut of your payments." — but served EUR to one UK origin and USD to another on the same day, and we could not find a price in pounds sterling on any public page.

Plan prices and a 0% transaction fee are stated on the vendor's own public pricing page, reachable with no signup; no GBP price was found.

What we could not find for Bookwhen

We could not find a GBP price stated on any public page of Bookwhen as at 2 August 2026. Three fetches from three origins, including one in London, returned USD or EUR and never pounds sterling. This does not establish what currency a UK club is billed in — the vendor's own help centre states that the subscription currency is changed by contacting support.

We checked:

We searched those pages for: GBP, £, sterling, pounds, currency.

Bookwhen may publish this elsewhere, or provide it on request. This records what we could find on that date. It is not a statement about what Bookwhen charges.

Bookwhen's pricing page served different currencies to two requests made from Great Britain on the same day: EUR to one, USD to the other. Neither is a GBP price. The page carries no currency selector and an explicit currency=GBP parameter changed nothing. Both observations are recorded below with their own currency labels. No figure has been converted.

Class Manager — Published

Class Manager publishes a UK per-transaction service charge of 2.7% + 20p on its UK landing page and states there is no monthly subscription; its canonical pricing page states no figure at all, and whether the charge includes the payment processor’s own fee is not stated.

The UK per-transaction service charge and the nil monthly subscription are both stated on public, crawlable pages reachable with no signup.

What we could not find for Class Manager

We could not find any percentage or currency figure stated on Class Manager's canonical pricing path as at 1 August 2026. The figure is published, on the vendor's UK landing page — recorded separately above. This records what we could find on that date. It is not a statement about what Class Manager charges.

What we could not find for Class Manager

We could not find a statement of whether Class Manager's service charge includes the payment processor's own fee, on any public page, as at 1 August 2026. This absence is load-bearing: a transaction-fee figure whose inclusion set is unknown cannot share a comparison row with any other platform's.

We checked:

We searched those pages for: inclusive, includes Stripe, inc Stripe, on top of, in addition to.

Class Manager may publish this elsewhere, or provide it on request. This records what we could find on that date. It is not a statement about what Class Manager charges.

What we could not find for Class Manager

We could not find a VAT treatment stated adjacent to the published service charge on any public Class Manager page as at 1 August 2026. The only VAT reference on the public surface is a reserved right in the terms.

We checked:

We searched those pages for: VAT, value added tax, inc VAT, plus VAT.

Class Manager may publish this elsewhere, or provide it on request. This records what we could find on that date. It is not a statement about what Class Manager charges.

Class Manager publishes one landing page per market, each stating its own rate in its own currency. The GBP figure is on the UK landing page, which is a first-class entry in the vendor's own published sitemap. The canonical pricing path states no figure at all, and the site root does not redirect to the UK page. Both facts are recorded; neither is characterised. No non-GBP figure is transcribed here, because it could not be converted and has no place in a UK index.
