Adults Plant Pot Workshop: Saturday 27th June 2026

Clapham Pottery

Join us for a 3-hour hand building workshop where you will design and make your own plant pot using the coiling technique. You will also decorate your pieces with coloured slips. Suitable for beginners, this workshop is a great introduction to clay and hand building techniques. All materials, glazing, and firing are included. Your finished pots will be ready to collect in approx. 4-5 weeks. This class will be held from 1.30pm - 4.30pm on Saturday 27th June 2026. This class has a maximum of 6 spaces. Clapham Pottery classes are taught by professional, working potters mainly from The North Street Potters, which was established in Clapham in 1978. Classes and workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking/confirmation. Please ensure you can attend the class before paying the fee as rescheduling/cancellations can only be considered if there is at least 2 weeks’ notice. In most cases, we will be unable to offer a refund unless there is a significant waiting list and we are able to fill the place/s. As a charity and a community pottery, our fees are kept as accessible and affordable as possible but we need to maintain full attendance in all classes.
