Belfast Conscious Steps

Hi, I'm Megan. Originally from England and lived here for 5 years. I’ve noticed how few spaces there are for us who are seeking genuine and intentional connections outside the pub - especially for those who are sober, sober-curious, or simply choosing a clearer, more grounded way of being...

Belfast Conscious Steps
Selected Saturdays or Sundays at 11am (next event listed under 'Events')
Cavehill Country Park

This is a relaxed walking group for spiritually curious, sober-friendly people who are seeking connection beyond the usual social scenes. All paces welcome.

We'll meet weekly at Cavehill initially (castle) starting with a familiar route to build continuity, and then new routes may be introduced over time if and when that feels right for all.
A good fit for people building their community in their 30s and 40s, although all welcome.

It is not:

religious
a recovery or addiction-support group
therapy, counselling, or coaching
a space for teaching, diagnosing or fixing
* a cult (yet)

Respectful behaviour is essential. If anyone acts in a way that feels inappropriate or disruptive, I'm comfortable stepping in to maintain the safety and tone of the group.
