What are complementary therapies? Explore how they can be applied in everyday life to support wellbeing. From common issues such as aches and pains, joint stiffness, anxiety, insomnia, and hay fever, to the use of aromatherapy oils—discover natural approaches to enhancing health and comfort.

Charmaine is a fitness instructor & Beauty Therapy tutor with 30+ years of teaching experience and as a practitioner. Practicing beauty & complementary therapy, and teaching those subjects at City University, Morley College and Lambeth community learning Children’s centre.
