GELLI PLATE PRINTING AND ART JOURNALING
A fun workshop of gelli plate printing and art journaling. Anyone can join in. Easy to learn.
Gelli Plate Printing uses a gelatin plate to press to fabric or paper. The process is easy as the paint is put on the gelli surface, spread out with a brayer then a variety of stencils and other textural objects are placed on the gelli plate, removed and transferred on the fabric or paper.
All craft materials and a gelli plate for use in the workshop will be provided. There are 6 weeks of learning new techniques and building a journal. You can dip in and out, but I'm sure once you start you will want to come and see what each weeks tips and techniques are.
