The Meanwood Valley Trail Race, hosted by Valley Striders AC, returns on Sunday 23rd August 2026. An undulating trail race covering approx. 7 miles of woods and parkland in Adel Woods, Scotland Woods and Meanwood Park. You will run under one of the famous "Seven Arches", past the ‘Slabbering Baby’ and through the dark spooky tunnel under the Leeds Outer Ring Road. Starts from and finishes at "Old Leo's" Rugby Club.
