🙌 GoodGym St Albans is launching on Tuesday 7th July!
🌳 We'll be supporting Danielle from New Greens Wildlife Garden where we will water the plants and vegetables, cut back any overgrown bushes, and pick up any litter.
🏃 We'll be meeting at the back entrance of St Albans City station. We then walk, run, or cycle to the wild garden in New Greens before heading home fulfilled with a fun fitness challenge on the way back to base.
📍If you want to meet us at the task, please join us at New Greens Wildlife Garden (4-6 Francis Avenue, AL3 6BL) at 7.15pm.
🤝 We are a new group so I would love to welcome you along - GoodGym is a very friendly community and I'll be waiting to say hi and lead your group run. No one gets left behind, all sessions are beginner friendly and social.
