Gyminis

This session is for children who are able to walk or 18months to 3 years old if cant walk. In this class an adult will accompany the child on the floor. This class is a great opportunity for parents or carers to bond with their child while taking part in sport and is a great opportunity for the children to interact with each other and build essential bonds for development👶🏻 This class has structured and unstructured parts and there will be a fully qualified preschool gymnastics coach at hand to help with any aspect of the class

Adult Class

Get away from the kids and come and work it to the max or train a skill you always wanted to learn. Adult Gymnastics is a fun sociable way to stay healthy, work the stress of the day off and improve core stability all well making new friends. With our fantastic facility all to yourselves, you can let you hair your down.

Gymasters

This Class is for those who Gyminis who are due to start school (P1) in August. The class is help the children transition from the Pre school classes to our General Beginners class which run week days at 4pm and at weekends after 12:30PM. The classes are much more structured and challenging. All our Gyminis transitioning from pre-school have guranteed spaces in out General Beginners Program. These will be offered in the August before school starts. This class is for the preschoolers that will be heading to school soon🥲 This class is set up to help advance their skills and prepare them for the beginner gymnastics classes when they get to school after the summer🤸 there will still be a basic preschool set up but the fully qualified preschool coach will be adding extra stations to make it a bit harder for your preschooler so they fully benefit from this class🤩

Gymovers

This session is for children aged 3yrs to 5 years old who are not at school The Gymovers class is fantastic for when your child is at nursery. In this class the coach will take the children on the floor and teach them basic gymnastics skills and fundamental movement skills🤸 This class gives parents or carers the opportunity to relax, talk to other parents and watch the child progress in their preschool gymnastics class👶🏻 This class is a structured class led fully by a qualified preschool coach

Gymovers Stay & Play

This session is for children who are able to walk 3 years to 5 years old. In this class an adult will accompany the child on the floor. West Lothian Gymnastics

At West Lothian Gymnastics we offer classes for girls and boys of all ages and abilities in a safe, fun and structured environment. Our amazing team of experienced coaches lead classes in our dedicated gymnastics facility for parent & toddler, pre-school, recreational, competitive and performance gymnasts.
