Gym Tots are fun play sessions for you and your little one (aged 0-4 years) to play on our gymnastics equipment. They will be able to swing on the bars, practice different balances along the beams and jump and bounce . These sessions are not structured, however one of our coaches will be on hand to oversee the session.

Our coach-led pre-school gymnastics class for 3 year olds (and young 4 year olds) to build their skills ready to move into our school-age Foundation class. Sessions are specially designed as a bridging class for this age range getting children to learn FUNdamental gymnastics through play and repetition. The coach structures sessions to keep the children continuously active and provide a mixture of skill learning and play. We have combined our knowledge and experience to provide a range of gymnastics themed activities that children of all ages can enjoy. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.
