Intermediate Ballet
Our Intermediate Ballet class is a great next step for dancers who already have some ballet experience and are ready to build on what they’ve learned.
In this class, we focus on improving technique, strength, and confidence, while still making sure it’s enjoyable and encouraging. We continue with barre work and centre exercises, and introduce more challenging steps, jumps, and turns as the dancers progress.
We also learn fun routines together, dancing to a mix of classical and more modern music, which helps develop both skill and expression. In Intermediates we start to also explore lyrical and contemporary forms of dance within this class.
This class is ideal for dancers who want to keep developing their ballet in a supportive and positive environment - without the pressure of exams or competitions.
Dancers in this class are also invited to take part in our annual shows, festive displays, and other exciting performance opportunities.
Entry to this class is dependant on age and experience, please contact us for advice on which class is best suited to you.
