Participants are encouraged to follow the guided sequence, as the class focuses on low‑impact movement, steadiness, and a relaxed, focused mind. Free of charge, PLEASE BRING A MAT IF YOU HAVE ONE, we have a limited number available. This is a 45-minute class. LAMBETH RESIDENTS ONLY. Location: SE24 9BN - Brockwell Hall is located near the centre of Brockwell Park, close to the main café and walled garden. How to get there: Bus Several buses stop near Brockwell Park. Get off at a stop near Tulse Hill or Herne Hill entrances. Train Herne Hill Station is right opposite Brockwell Park: walk straight in, Brockwell Hall is inside up the hill.
