What to Expect

Free Weekly Online Pilates Workshops

Every Wednesday at 8:00 pm, join us for a 60-minute workshop combining education with movement.

The first 30 minutes focus on a specific topic, helping you understand how your body works and why it matters.

The final 30 minutes are a guided Pilates practice, allowing you to experience what you've learned through gentle movement.
All you need is a mat and a little floor space.

Workshop topics include:
• Core strength
• Back health
• Hip mobility
• Pelvic floor
• Balance and stability
• Flexibility
• Neck and shoulder tension
• Healthy ageing
• Breathing and relaxation
• Everyday movement habits

Each workshop is different, so there's always something new to learn.

Who is this for?

These sessions are ideal if you:
• Want to move with greater confidence
• Experience occasional aches, stiffness or tension
• Want to improve your strength, mobility, posture or flexibility
• Enjoy learning about movement as well as exercising
• Prefer a calm, supportive approach to Pilates
No previous Pilates experience is necessary.

Our Approach

We believe understanding your body is just as important as exercising it.

That's why every workshop combines practical education with Pilates-based movement, helping you build confidence, develop healthier movement habits, and enjoy moving again.

Our sessions are suitable for general fitness and wellbeing and are designed to complement a healthy lifestyle. They do not replace individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment. If you have significant pain, a diagnosed medical condition, or have been advised not to exercise, please seek guidance from your healthcare professional before taking part.

If you enjoy the workshops and would like regular support, you're also welcome to join our online Pilates Membership, which includes three live classes each week to help you continue building strength, mobility and confidence.
