Our Thursday NFL, Cooking & Youth Club Session is a fun and engaging weekly programme designed to support young people’s physical, social, and emotional development in a safe and welcoming environment. Led by our trained coaches and youth team, the session combines NFL (similar to rugby), hands-on cooking, and youth club activities to provide hours of well-rounded experiences and long-lasting memories! The NFL component focuses on fitness, teamwork and fun, while the cooking element encourages creativity, practical life skills, and healthy eating habits. Youth club activities provide opportunities for social interaction, teamwork, and personal development, helping young people build friendships, share ideas, and develop leadership and communication skills, all done in a safe environment supervised by our youth staff! This session empowers young people to take care of their body and mind, explore new skills, and enjoy positive social experiences, all within a supportive community environment.
