We offer three different levels of walking groups to suit a variety of fitness levels and preferences:
Walk Plus
A brisk, faster-paced group (3.5 to 4 miles per hour), ideal for those who are generally fit and already walk regularly.
Walk Plus meets at:
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday – 9:30 AM
• Monday evenings – 6:00 PM
Walk Fitness
A great workout at a slightly steadier pace (2 to 3 miles per hour), perfect if you're building your fitness or prefer a more moderate walk.
Walk Fitness meets at:
• Monday and Thursday – 11:00 AM
• Saturday – 9:00 AM
Wellness Walk
A gentle, sociable walk-and-talk session, great for those new to exercise or looking for a more relaxed pace.
Wellness Walk meets at:
• Wednesday – 11:00 AM
