WYCOMBE RYE - 6.30pm - INTERMEDIATE FRONT CRAWL 4 WEEK COURSE

Sue Lord Open Water Coaching

This course is designed for those of you that have yet to master how to swim front crawl efficiently. And for those of you who have tried learning front crawl but get puffed out after swimming it for short distances and are unable to swim more than a couple lengths comfortably.

This course is not for swimmers that have never attempted to swim front crawl before. If looking to learn front crawl for the first time, or you really struggle to swim a couple of lengths front crawl, or you are not comfortable with your face in the water, then please look at the beginners course as this will be more suitable.

If you can already swim head in front crawl, efficiently and for longer distances eg 800m plus without tiring then please book onto the advanced session.

Course will cover:

Learning how to breathe correctly and how to breathe efficiently whilst swimming.
Learning how to scull and catch the water.
Refreshing front crawl technique and what you should be doing with your head, body, legs and arms.

By the end of the course you will have an understanding of front crawl and how things should feel when you are swimming the stroke so you can continue to practice at your own pace.

Being able to practice in between the lessons will really help too.

Each lesson is 60 minutes.

Post session emails are sent to all attendees covering the stroke points and drills so you can refer back to it.

Please read the attendee instructions to ensure you are suitable to attend the course.

You are required to attend all sessions in the course.

Partial refunds will not be given for missed sessions neither can they substituted for sessions on other courses.
