WYCOMBE RYE - 7.15pm - BEGINNERS FRONT CRAWL 3 WEEK COURSE
This course is designed for pool swimmers who are looking to learn front crawl for the first time, breaststroke/backstroke swimmers looking to learn a different stroke. This course is also suitable for those swimmers that struggle to swim a couple of lengths front crawl and those that only swim front crawl with your head out of the water. THIS COURSE IS NOT FOR NON SWIMMERS. YOU MUST BE POOL CONFIDENT TO ATTEND. If you can already swim head in front crawl for more than a couple of lengths without stopping then please look at the improvers course. Course will cover: - Learning how to breathe correctly with your face in the water and how to breathe efficiently whilst swimming. - Learning how to scull. - Learning front crawl technique and what you should be doing with your head, body, legs and arms. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of front crawl and how things should feel when you are swimming the stroke so you can continue to practice at your own pace. Being able to practice in between the lessons will really help too. Each lesson is 75 minutes. Post session emails are sent to all attendees covering the stroke points and drills so you can refer back to it. Please read the attendee instructions to ensure you are suitable to attend the course. You are required to attend all sessions in the course. Partial refunds will not be given for missed sessions neither can they substituted for sessions on other courses.
