My traditional Hatha Yoga Class is suitable for all abilities, whether you've practiced yoga before or not, and all are welcome.

In a warm and welcoming environment I will guide you through the fundamental Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation practices. I provide modifications and progressions so that everyone can practice at their own level and progress at their own pace, offering support and guidance along the way to ensure that you feel comfortable and to help you build confidence as you progress.
