Start your week off with an Energising Yoga class. Join my Hatha-inspired Vinyasa flow class to set the tone for the rest of your week. Each class includes moving through Sun Salutations to warm up the body, build strength, and connect to the breath. A moving meditation. We'll then flow through a creative sequence, holding poses for at least 5 breaths to encourage proper alignment and deepen your experience. Although the pace is steady and grounding, you'll leave feeling energised, stronger and lighter in your heart. In each class, we use breath and movement to unite the Mind, Body, and soul.
