Yoga with Charli
These are my absolute favourite classes of the week! We have a lot of fun exploring new poses, wobbling out of handstands and arm balances, and laughing at ourselves along the way. The atmosphere is playful, challenging, and uplifting—everyone leaves with a big smile. We begin gently, lying on our backs with breath awareness to center and ground. From there, I guide you into a dynamic vinyasa flow, starting with stretches and core work. I focus on teaching the “how-to” of advanced poses, breaking them down step-by-step so you can really understand them, rather than just flowing through. My classes shift every 2-3 weeks, giving you time to master sequences while ensuring variety, helping you build strength and flexibility throughout the entire body without falling into routine.
This class is suitable for students with at least 6 months regular yoga practice. It is not suitable for complete beginners.
