If you're new to trail running it will be a perfect intro. Depending on sign-ups there might be a slightly longer option too. We'll finish somewhere nice for a coffee and a snack. πŸ‘‰ What to look out for Make sure you've read our General Guidelines for Safety ( for taking part in any GoodGym session. Looking out for each other! GoodGym is a community and it's important we look out for each other's safety as well as our own. GoodGym Brighton has a long term partnership with Brighton & Hove County Council helping to maintain green spaces in their senior residential homes. On this occasion, we will help Luc and other residents of Manor Paddock, in Kemptown to do some essential gardening. ❓ What is the Task? We will help with: Clearing sedge grass and weeds, Cutting back ivy, Removing old fuchsia and trimming overgrown hedging. Digging soil; Having Good time together 😊 πŸ“ When and Where? If running as a group, meet at 6:15pm @ Queen's Victoria Statue (Victoria Gardens), in Brighton to leave soon after and no later than 6:30pm; If late, meet us at 18:45 at Manor Paddock House, Manor Paddock, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 5EY 🧀 Anything Else I Need to Know? The idea is that this will increase the wellness of the people in the town where they live and work, whilst delivering a sustainable event with zero environmental impact. It takes place in several Italian towns ... and in Brighton. WHEN Friday 10 July 2026 WHERE Outside Theatre Royal, New Road, BN1 1SD, Brighton UK HOW MANY KM AND WHAT TIME 5km (ish!) at 5:30 am. To fully enjoy the experience, be sure to arrive 30 minutes before the start. WHO You, your friends, your family, anyone from 0 to 120 years old (participants number limited to 500).
