The idea is that this will increase the wellness of the people in the town where they live and work, whilst delivering a sustainable event with zero environmental impact. It takes place in several Italian towns ... and in Brighton. WHEN Friday 10 July 2026 WHERE Outside Theatre Royal, New Road, BN1 1SD, Brighton UK HOW MANY KM AND WHAT TIME 5km (ish!) at 5:30 am. To fully enjoy the experience, be sure to arrive 30 minutes before the start. WHO You, your friends, your family, anyone from 0 to 120 years old (participants number limited to 500). EVENT ENTRY INCLUDES unique 2025 5.30 T-shirt 2025 5.30 Medal Seasonal fresh fruit Drinking water Event photographs available to download for free 5.30 magazine download … and the opportunity to live an experience to remember!
