BodyMirrorMind – Embodiment Class

BodyMirrorMind is a 90-minute embodied movement experience inspired by Systema, yoga, dance, qigong, and years of personal training, self-inquiry, and somatic healing work.

This class is not only about movement — it’s about awareness.

Through breathwork, guided exploration, solo movement, and optional partner practices, we learn how our nervous system shapes the way we stand, move, relate, and respond. We explore how fear creates tension, how unmet emotions can become holding patterns in the body, and how conscious presence begins to restore fluidity and choice.

You will explore:
• Boundaries and communication
• Self-regulation and reciprocal co-regulation
• Working with others while staying connected to yourself
• How emotional states subtly influence posture, breath, and movement

There may be massage, yielding practices, cooperative movement games, and free expression through dance. Touch and partner work are always optional, with clear communication, consent, and respect for personal boundaries.

This is not therapy.
It is not performance.
It is not competition.

It is nervous system hygiene.

It is learning to come home to your body.

Who This Class Is For

This class is for anyone who wants to reconnect with their body and build deeper awareness of how they move through life.

It’s for people who:
• Feel stuck in their head and want to drop into their body
• Want to explore emotion through movement rather than analysis
• Are curious about boundaries, connection, and relational dynamics
• Want to build resilience, fluidity, and embodied confidence

You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need to be “good at movement.”

You just need a willingness to explore.

A Living, Themed Exploration

Each BodyMirrorMind session follows a different embodied theme. Rather than repeating the same format each week, the class evolves in response to what is currently alive — in life, in the nervous system, and
