Join us for an exclusive training session designed specifically for our Coral gymnastics groups. This is a great opportunity for gymnasts to refine their routines in a focused, supportive environment. Working in smaller groups allows our dedicated coaches to give personalised guidance on all aspects of each apparatus, helping gymnasts enhance their skills and build confidence ahead of the Summer Club Classic.During the session, gymnasts will have the chance to practice their routines on all three apparatus including beam, vault, and floor routines. Our coaches will provide detailed feedback and encouragement to ensure each gymnast is well-prepared for the upcoming competition. This session is open only to gymnasts registered for the Summer Club Classic, so don’t miss this chance to boost your performance and enjoy a fun, motivating environment.

Competitive Club Training

Club Training SessionsClub Training is open to all competitive gymnasts (except Berry Group) and takes place six times a year.These special sessions bring together every gymnast and coach in our competitive programme, creating an opportunity to:Train side by side as one teamBuild consistency in the Liberty Gymnastics style and brandStrengthen skills through shared coaching and collaborationBest of all, these sessions are completely free of charge – an investment from Liberty Gymnastics to support our gymnasts and raise the standard of training across the club.

County, Prep & Development Grades

Gymnasts will compete in their appropriate levels, demonstrating their skills across various apparatus. While gymnasts may share similar grades, this event is fully individual, allowing each participant to showcase their talents and compete for apparatus and overall placements. This is a wonderful opportunity for gymnasts to track their progress, build confidence, and enjoy the thrill of a competitive environment.Registration must be completed by the 22nd of February to secure your spot. As our standard competition policy, there must not be any planned absence in the 2 weeks prior to the competition. If you are due holiday or time off in this period please DO NOT enter this competition unless you have pre agreed with a coach. Gymnasts will need to be available all day between 9am-4pm, however they will only need to compete in 1 round which will be announced closer to the time. We can not confirm exact timings until closer to the competition date.Please note; we are in the process of changing our tracksuit top, an email with details to purchase this will be sent over the next week or so. This will be a mandatory item of kit for all squad gymnasts.For gymnasts in the Coral group, leotard hire is free of charge.While gymnasts in Peony, Rose, Blush, and Cerise groups who need to hire a leotard should choose 'Leotard Hire' as an add on, on the next page. If are in one of these groups and you own a competition leotard you do not need to hire one unless you would like to hire a different size.This competition promises a rewarding experience for all participating gymnasts.If you have any questions or queries around which grade your gymnast is taking or are new to competitions please don't hesitate to speak to your gymnasts coach at the end of their session!

Free Play+ – Monday and Friday

Friday 26th June - please note there is no session running due Carley being away on annual leaveChildren can enjoy the same much-loved set-up as our Free Play sessions, with the added benefit of guided coaching time. Every 10 minutes, our instructors circulate the gym, inviting children and parents to join in at their own pace and begin developing gymnastics skills. This class is ideal for children who are ready to progress but may not be ready for tumble tots

Frome Carinval

We would be delighted if you would join us to celebrate Liberty Gymnastics Club at this year's evening procession - Saturday 20th September. For the first time, we are welcoming all competitive gymnasts to walk in this year's procession. Timings are yet to be confirmed, you will need to drop your gymnast to the designated drop off zone which we anticipate to be around 17.45pmPlease note that if your child is in Year 3 or below, they will require an adult to accompany them. Should you wish to buddy up, we are comfortable with a 1:2 adult to child ratio. If you won’t be accompanying your child throughout the carnival, due to them being Year 4 or above, we roughly expect to finish at Frome Football Ground around 20.30pm. Please meet us there to collect your children after the carnival.Look out for a follow up email from us towards the end of the week, regarding confirmation of space, exact timings, what the gymnasts will need to wear and anything they may need to bring with them.Due to a significant increase in the number of gymnasts currently in development, we will need to review coach availability to ensure we can adequately accommodate all participants. As a result, it may be necessary to limit the number of spaces available.We will confirm your child’s place once coaching resources have been finalised.

Gymstars Open

Gymstars Open 2026 - Open to our Peony, Blush & Cerise groups.The competition takes place over 2 days so your gymnast will need to be available for both days however will only be required to compete on 1 day, which will be released closer to the time.The entry fee includes, entry into the competition & a Commemorative t-shirt.If you need to hire a competition leotard please choose this option when you get to the 'Add-ons' section.As always Quatro have designed an official event souvenir leotard which is exclusive to this event and can only be ordered at time of entry. The photo of this leotard is included below. To add this Leotard to your entry please choose the 'official event leotard' option at the 'add-ons' section, please note there are 2 prices depending on the size you require. When entering we have included a section for 'Leotard size' to be submitted, this is for the size of leotard you would like for the Official event Leo, if you do not wish to purchase one, please submit NA in this section. We appreciate the quick turn around of seeing this entry and needing the entry back but due to the popularity of this event, entry will close on the 1st March.
