Our Beginner Skateboard Course at Ware Skatepark is the perfect way for kids to start their skateboarding journey. Led by experienced coaches, these structured lessons will cover the fundamentals of skateboarding, starting with balance and board control before progressing to skills like kick-turns, drop-ins, and even the ollie. Each session builds on the last, helping skaters grow in confidence and ability at their own pace. We keep class sizes small to ensure everyone gets the support they need. Skateboarding is not just about tricks—it’s about building resilience, problem-solving, and creativity in a fun and supportive environment. ✅ All safety gear (helmet, wrist guards, knee & elbow pads) and skateboards provided if needed. 🏆Ware Skatepark is an intimate park with multiple opportunities for creative lines with a mix of street and transition as well as the highly enjoyed mini ramp perfect for learning coping tricks. Our Improver Skateboard Course at Ware Skatepark is designed for skaters who have mastered the basics and are ready to push themselves further. To move into our Improver Lessons, we look for students to be able to do the following: • Dropping in quarter-pipes without assistance. • Can navigate a skatepark independently. • Can kick-turn without help. • Have a basic understanding of tricks such as ‘the ollie.’ • Would benefit from a more independent learning environment. We keep class sizes small to give students the support and guidance they need.
